- Prepare 1 medium onion
- Prepare 1-1 1/2 cup self raising flour
- Use 1-2 tsp cajun seasoning
- Take 1 pinch black pepper
- Provide 1 pinch hot pepper
- Take 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- Provide 2-3 eggs
- Get 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Rinse the onion and cut into approximately ¼ inch rings. Carefully separate the rings from each other (setting aside the smaller ones for other recipes)
- İn a bowl, mix flour and all the other dry ingredients except bread crumbs and set aside
- Beat the two eggs in another bowl
- Put the bread crumbs in another separate bowl
