Chop the cucumber into small pieces.Deseed and chop tomato.Chop the coriander.Mix tomato,cucumber,pomegranate,onion in sprouts with all other ingredients except curd,tamarind chutney and sev in a bowl.Add lemon juice.
  2. To make tamarind chutney:Soak tamarind in 1/2 cup water and squeeze out the pulp or use tamarind paste.Add 1 tbsp sugar or gur and dilute it. Soak 2 dates and make a paste of it.Add a pinch of ginger paste to the tamarind pulp and strain through a strainer. Mix roasted jeera powder and pinch of red chilli powder.Store bought tamarind chutney may also be used.
  3. Take 2 serving bowls and put a layer of curd.Then pour the mixed chaat.Sprinkle tamarind chutney,chaat masala,little curd and roasted jeera powder.Garnish it with chopped coriander and sev.Serve immediately.
