- Get 1 avocado
- Prepare Half broccoli
- Use 1 carrot
- Provide Half sliced green bellpepper

Instructions to make Summer salad:

- Cut the carrot in fine ribbons. Steam them for 2 minutes in a steamer. Or you can use a microwave. Just cover them and heat them in a micirowave at your normal settings for 2-3 minutes.
- Fry the egg in sunny side up manner.
- Plate it as you please. This plate is really filling and healthy. I try to make the plate look appetising if the food in it is rathee boring (read healthy). 😂
