Steps to make Daigi chicken Biryani:
  1. First soak basmati rice in water for at least 1hour. Now in a pot Heat oil and sabit garam masala including zeera kalii mirch darcheeni bari elaichi choti elachi Long tez pat and now add 1onion in it
  2. When onion get golden brown add ginger garlic paste And chicken now add salt red chiili powder haldi in it and bhonify until chicken changes it's colour.
  3. After adding spices add jaifal jawatri powder and Tomatoes and plums in it with green chillies and sabit garam masala and bhonify on high heat.
  4. Now add fried onions in it and food colour too with chicken powder and yogurt zeera powder dhania and garam masala powder and boil potatoes too.
  5. Now in another pot add water 2litres and all garam masala and chiilies and dhnaia podina salt and heat when get boiling add soaked rice in it and cook for 5mins so that rice get half done.
  6. Now on chicken masala add kewra water and Rice layer and put onions and Podina and lemons slices and slices of Tomatoes and orange food colour mix in water put dum for half hour. Biryani is ready.
