- Take 4 cups rice wash and soak for hour

Instructions to make Chicken biryani:
- Heat oil add onions, tomatoes, garlic paste
- Cover it allow it to cook on low flame for 10 minutes
- When the onion is light brown and the tomatoes are cooked, add chicken, yogurt and biryani masala
- On a medium flame, cook until the yogurt is disappear, the chicken is light brown and the oil is seen at the sides of the pan. The batter is ready
- Take another bowl, add water, zeera and salt
- Bring it to boil and then add soaked rice in it
- Keep it boiling until the rice are cooked
- Sieve the water
- Now in a big bowl the layers of the biryani is to be prepared
- 1st make a layer of the mixture and on it add a little dhania and podina
- Then make a layer of rice
- Then again batter layer, then rice and on the top add boiled eggs and crispy onions if you like
- Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes on very very low flame
- Delicious and spicy chicken biryani is ready to be served with salad and raita ☺️☺️
