Instructions to make Noodle Pin Wheels:
  1. For Spring Roll Sheets:
  2. In a bowl, take all-purpose flour, semolina, vinegar and salt.
  3. Mix well and knead a sot dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Pinch small balls from the dough.
  5. Roll each ball into a 3-4 inch circle like poori.
  6. Take one poori, apply some oil and sprinkle flour on it.
  7. Place another poori on top of 1st poori.
  8. Roll it into 6-7 inches round like a roti.
  9. Heat a tawa and place the roti on the tawa and cook it for just 10 seconds on each side on high heat.
  10. Remove the roti from tawa and separate them into two.
  11. Cover them with wet cloth and keep aside.

  13. Boil noodles and strain the water and keep aside.
  14. Heat some oil in a pan and add slice onions. Saute them until they turn light pink in colour.
  15. Now add carrots and capsicums. Saute them for few minutes.
  16. Add all the sauce and spices except noodles.
  17. Mix well and cook it for 30 seconds.
  18. Add noodles. Mix well and let it cool down.
  19. Take a sheet and place noodles in the centre.
  20. Make a thick slurry with maida and water.
  21. Fold the sheet into shape of spring roll and stick it with help of slurry.
  22. Heat some oil in a work for deep frying.
  23. On medium to high heat deep fry spring rolls until a little brown and crispy.
  24. Serve.
