Everyone knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a wholesome and balanced diet and get a proper level of exercise. The unfortunate thing is that, at the end of the day, we don’t always have the time or energy required for a healthy lifestyle. At the conclusion of the day, the majority of us want to go home, not to the gym. We want a delicious, greasy burger, not an equally tasty salad (unless we’re vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy choices doesn’t have to be a pain. If you are persistent you’ll get all of the activity and healthy food choices you need. Here are some hints to be as healthful as possible.

Go up the stairs. Stroll up the stairs to where you live or work as an alternative to using the elevator. While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a extremely high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is completely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. So many people pick the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day–can be a great boost to your system.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Wanting to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Don’t overlook that health isn’t only about how much you weigh. You want your body to be powerful too.

  1. Prepare the tomato sauce. - - In a skillet over low heat, add Alce Nero's olive oil. - - Add garlic and chili flakes. - - Allow the garlic and chili flakes to simmer in the oil for about 15 mins. - - The heat has to be on super low, or the garlic will burn very fast.
  2. As soon as the garlic starts to brown, remove from heat and transfer into a large bowl. - - Add in Alce Nero's tomato sauce. - - Taste and adjust for seasonings with salt and pepper. - - Mix to combine well. Mix, mix, mix. - - Set aside until ready to use. - - The sauce can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  3. Prepare the chicken parmesan. - - Butterfly the chicken breast and slice into halves. - - Place the chicken breast on the working surface. - - Wrap with cling film. - - Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken to tenderize until almost the same thickness.
  4. Dredge the chicken with flour. - - Shake off any excess. - - In a shallow bowl, add egg, mustard and paprika. - - Mix to combine well.

  6. In a shallow bowl, add cornflakes, panko, togarashi, nori, salt and pepper. - - Combine everything together. - - In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 inch of oil. - - To check the temperature of the oil, insert a wooden chopstick.
