- You need breadcrumbs
- Provide 1 slice dry bread
- Get Smoked Paprika
- Get Fresh Ground Black Pepper

- Prepare Meat Steak

- Take 1 lg Egg
- Provide 1 tblsp flour

- Cube bread and wizz to fine breadcrumbs.. or you could buy ready made.
- Into the breadcrumbs mix a sprinkle of each of salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
- Coat each streak in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Make sure each are well covered at each stage
- Put a tblesp or so of oil into a frying pan. I like to use a ridged pan. Heat oil and then on a fairly high heat place carefully each breadcrumbed steak. I turn each steak about 4 times until golden brown and add a little oil during the cooking process as required. Turn heat down after about 2 turns. Cook veg or accompaniment while steaks cooking. Cooking time about 20 - 25 mins.
