- You need 1/4 tsp baking powder

- Provide 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Provide 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Prepare 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Provide 2 large Eggs, lightly beaten
- Take 1/4 cup chocolate chips(Folded into batter)
- Provide 1/4 cup chocolate chips, for sprinkling on top of brownies before baking, optional
Instructions to make Chewy Fudge Brownies:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray..
- In a medium bowl whisk together AP(All-Purpose) Flour and baking powder.
- Prepare a water-bath on the stove or you can do this step in a microwave. In a 2nd medium bowl, melt your baking chocolate chips and butter together until combined(resembles a chocolate sauce). Allow to cool for 5-8 minutes.
- To your 2nd medium bowl, you're going to add in your sugars and vanilla extract, stir until combined.
- Add in your slightly beaten eggs, mix until smooth and combined
- Fold in dry mixture just until combined. In 2 parts..(Over mixing makes tough brownies!!)
- Fold in your 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan(8x8 square pan)
- This next step is optional. Sprinkle another 1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips over your brownie batter…
- Bake brownies for 25- 30 minutes.. When finished, allow to cool and serve. :)
