- Take 4 pieces Pav
- Use 2 onions
- Use 1 shimla mirch
- Prepare 2 tomatoes
- Get 2 green chilies
- Get to taste Salt
- Use 2 tsp Pavbhaji masala
- You need 1 tsp haldi powder
- Use 1 tbsp oil
Steps to make Masala Pav:
- Cut Pavs in small size.
- Take oil in kadai and add finely chopped onions, fry till translucent. Add finely chopped shimla mirch, fry till cooked.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies and fry for 2/3 minutes.
- Add Paubhaji masala, haldi and salt to it, saute till masalas are mixed and separates oil.
- Once the masalas are ready, add cutted pau to it and saute for 2/3 minutes by mixing it nicely. Serve hot in snack time or @ breakfast.
