- Get 1/2 kg Boiled and meshed lauki
- Provide 2 tbsp Oil
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Take 2 Dried red chilli
- You need 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
- Prepare 1 tsp Garlic paste
- Take 3 nos. Onion paste
- Use 3 nos. Tomato puree
- Get Pinch asafoetida(hing)
- Provide to taste Salt
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp cumin powder
- Take 2 tsp Pavbhaji masala
- You need 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Lauki Ka Bharta:
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and dried red chilli.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
- Add onion paste and saute well.
- Add tomato puree and saute well.
- Add asafoetida salt turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder cumin powder and Pavbhaji masala and mix well.
- Add lauki and mix properly and let it cook for 8-10 minutes on a low flame covering the top with a lid.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with tomato flower & green chilli.
