- In a kadhai pour little oil once heated add mustard & jeera splutter for a minute.
- Add all chopped veggies and saute for another 2 mins.Now add water to it once water boils mix oats,pavbhaji masala,salt &boil for 3mins.(1 part oats and 3 parts water 1:3)
