- First of all take a tawa or pan heat add butter, cumin seeds, seeds crackle add the chilli garlic paste mix well and saute on slow flame for a few minutes.
- Now add onion, mix well saute on medium flame for 1or 2 minutes, add capsicum mix it well saute it also for a 1 or two minutes.
- Now add tomatoes mix it and add peas cook for 2 - 3 minutes, while stirring and cover it for 2 minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli, black pepper and pav bhaji masala, salt mix it properly and little water mix it again, cook on slow flame for a few minutes until stir.
- Now add cooked rice,add all spices mix well, cook for 2 minutes and until stirring.
