  1. Boil potato peel n mash with fork. Finely chopp all vege. Grate ginger n tomato.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic chopped chilli saute till redbrown add finely chopped onion n grated ginger finely chopped capsicum saute till looks transparant. Now add grated tomato mix well. Add potatoessalt pavbhaji masala turmeric powder red chilli powder mix well. lastly add chopped coriander. Stuffing is ready.
  3. For pan cake:-Take all 3flour in a bowl add all masala n soda n make pouring consistancy batter.
  4. Heat Tawa grease with oil. N pour batter with spoon to make thin pan cakes. Drizzle oil n roast both sides. Like this way. Make all pan cakes.

Now take one pan cake on tawa spread potato mix ture.spread curd chutney on potato mixture n put another pan cake again spread chutney n curd n again pan cake cook on slow flame n turn another side.
