  1. Chop and Wash cauliflower potato 1pc. Onion. add fresh green peas pressure cook make 3 whistles. Turn off flame and let it cool.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1tbsp butter and oil chopped onion and capsicum salt saute till onion looks transparent add tomato puree mix well and cover cook for 2-3min. Now add coriander powder. Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala and black salt mix well, add 1/4cup water and cook on low flame.
  3. Now mash all pressure cooked veggies and add in a pan mixture. With the same water mash with masher and cook on low flame.
  4. Now heat butter in a pan add garlic paste saute and add tadka in a bhaji mixture sprinkle chopped coriander and add lemon juice. Yummy delicious instant bhaji is ready to serve. Serve with masala pav papad lemon and salad.
