  1. You need 4-5 pav
  2. You need 2 onions finely chopped
  3. You need 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  4. Take 1 small capsicum finely chopped
  5. Prepare to taste Salt
  6. Use Red chilli powder as per taste
  7. Take 11/2 tsp pavbhaji masala
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  9. Use 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  10. Provide Coriander leaves for garnishing
  11. You need Lemon juice to garnish
  12. Get 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Masala Pav:
  1. Chop the pav into medium pieces and keep aside.
  2. In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add finely chopped onions and saute for 5 mins.
  3. Add Kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, haldi powder, pavbhaji masala and add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum and cook till tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add salt to taste and chopped pav and mix well.If u find it's too dry sprinkle few drops of water and mix well.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon juice and serve hot.
  5. U can also add ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies, but I have not added..
