The ingredients needed to make Masala Pav:
- You need 4-5 pav
- You need 2 onions finely chopped
- You need 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- Take 1 small capsicum finely chopped
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Use Red chilli powder as per taste
- Take 11/2 tsp pavbhaji masala
- Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- Use 1/4 tsp haldi powder
- Provide Coriander leaves for garnishing
- You need Lemon juice to garnish
- Get 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Masala Pav:
- Chop the pav into medium pieces and keep aside.
- In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add finely chopped onions and saute for 5 mins.
- Add Kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, haldi powder, pavbhaji masala and add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum and cook till tomatoes are soft.
- Add salt to taste and chopped pav and mix well.If u find it's too dry sprinkle few drops of water and mix well.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon juice and serve hot.
- U can also add ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies, but I have not added..
