- Prepare 1 tbsp green chili ginger garlic paste

- Boil potatoes & peas in cooker. To prepare batter, mix chickpea flour & maida in bowl. add salt, carom seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and asafetida. mix everything well. Now add water as required and make batter into pouring consistency.
- To make stuffing, Heat 2 tbsp butter & oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds, garlic, onion and sauté it for 2 mins. ONce onion and garlic is cooked, Add chopped capsicum, green onion, tomato and sauté for 2 mins. Then add salt, turmeric, green chili garlic ginger paste, pavbhaji masalo, mint powder, fried cauliflower, lemon juice. mix everything well and let it cook for few mins.
- Add boiled potatoes (Grated), boiled peas and finely chopped coriander leaves in stuffing mixture. Mash this mixture with hand. you may add spices of your choice.
- Also in a separate bowl, mix grated cheese, chili flax and chopped coriander. Keep this mixture on side.
- To make roll, heat a tawa and grease it with butter & oil properly. pour batter in center of pan and spread it evenly starting from center in circular way in clockwise direction. After one side looks cooked, flip it and apply butter. Then spread stuffing mixture with the help of spoon. Also sprinkle cheese and cook it on low flame properly.
- Once cheese starts to melt, roll it and cut it. Decorate with prepared cheese, chili flax and coriander mixture.
