- Provide 2 cup chopped and boiled potato and cauliflower
- Get 3 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- You need 1 tsp garlic paste
- Provide 1/4 cup Finely chopped capsicum
- You need 2 medium size tomato finely chopped
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Use to taste Salt
- Take 10 pav
- You need as needed Butter for cooking
- Provide as needed onion slices
Steps to make Pavbhaji sandwich:
- Heat the oil in a pan,add the onion and garlic paste saute in medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the capsicum and saute in medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and mix well and cook again in medium flame 2 minutes.
- Add the chilli powder, pav bhaji masala,boiled potato and cauliflower,salt and 1/2 cup water mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes and mashing very well with a potato masher.
- Slit the pav vertically heat on non stick pan and litter butter and slit open the pav and place on it.
- Cook on a medium flame till they be crisp on both sides.
- Place a pav on a plate and spread 2 tbsp prepared bhaji on lower surface of pav and add onion slice on bhaji and close the sandwich.
- Serve the pav bhaji sandwich
