- Get 150 gms cauliflower
- You need 100 gms carrot
- Get 100 gms french beans
- Prepare 100 gms mutter
- Prepare 1 potato
- Take 100 gms capsicum

Instructions to make Pavbhaji:
- Firstly cut all the vegetables and pressure cooker it by giving 4_5 whitles.
- Now mix and mash it well.
- Take a heavy base kadhai and heat butter add onion and saute till it is golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well and saute for 3_4 mins.
- Now add all the dry masalas stir for 2_3 mins.
- Now add tomato puree and cook on low flames till oil seprares.
- Now add all the boiled vegetables and cook on low flame till water absorbs and butter floats in top.
- Keep stirring in intervals to avoid sticking at the base.
- Garnish with coriander and toss some butter.
