  1. Boil all vegetables to 1/2 whistle and mash little by squeezing water from vegs,
  2. In big Pan,put oil (2/3sp),by heating put grated onions,stir till pinkish brown and now put little red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste, green chillies and tomatoes puree and stir for few mins and put all boiled and mashed vegs,put haldi,salt and stir with wooden ladle
  3. Then put remaining vegs watering it,thn put little butter and stir for few mins then put Pavbhaji Masala and little coriander leaves and cover the pan for few mins
  4. Thn lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Pav and small pieces of onions and butter and yummy taste
