  1. Mashed potatoes and keep aside mash veggies keep it
  2. Heat oil and butter in pan add onions saute it till light pink in colour add garlic ginger paste add red chilli paste saute it add tomatoes puree cook till oil separate from sides
  3. Add potatoes and veggies mix it add dry spices red chilli powder pavbhaji masala mix properly and cook
  4. Mash properly and add butter
  5. Heat skillet put oil and butter cut pav in half add pavbhaji masala in butter roast pav and serve hot with generous lemon juice and onion salad
  6. Add butter on top of pavbhaji for delicious taste
