The ingredients needed to cook Pavbhaji paratha:
- Get 2 cup Wheat flour
- Take 3/4 cup pavbhaji
- Provide 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Provide 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp pavbhaji masala
- Get 1/2 tsp fenugreek(kasuri methi)powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Use As per taste salt
- Get 1 tsp oil(for moin)
Instructions to make Pavbhaji paratha:
- In mixing bowl take Wheat flour,oil, pavbhaji and all dry masala.
- Mix and knead tight dough(add little water if needed). Cover and give rest for half hour.
- Make balls from the dough.Dust and roll the dough ball to make a paratha.
- Place it on a hot tava and cook over medium flame. When tiny bubbles start to rise on the surface, flip it and reduce flame to low. Spread 1/2 teaspoon oil evenly on the surface and cook on low flame for approx 30-40 seconds. - Flip it again and spread 1/2 teaspoon oil evenly on another side, cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Serve with cucumber carrot pickle & mango pickle.
