- Soak and boil rice. Cook 80%add salt oil and lemon juice. Boil chopped potato cauliflower and green peas. chopped capsicum.
- Heat 2tbsp butter and oil add crushed garlic and finely chopped chilli saute. Now add onion slices and finely chopped capsicum. till onion looks transparant. Add finely chopped tomatoes saute 3-4min. Till tomatoes should be soft.
