- Get 12 oz Frozen Black Eyed Peas
- Get 3 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Use 1 tsp Chili Powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Prepare 1 cup Shredded Marbled Cheddar Cheese
- Provide to Taste Salt and Pepper
Steps to make Lil BP Dip:
- Pour out the black eyed peas is medium saucepan to boil. Boil for three minutes covered.
- After three minutes is up keep covered and cook for one hour on setting 2 or 3.
- Once peas are nice and mushy drain water and put back on burner at medium heat.
- Add olive oil and stir peas until they resemble refried beans. (May mash with fork if desired.)
- Add Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Salt and Pepper and mix thoroughly

- Add Shredded Cheese and mix thoroughly
