- Prepare 1 egg
- Provide 1 8 oz. jar pizza sauce
- Take 1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
- Get 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Get 2 cup 6 cheese italian shredded cheese blend
- Prepare 2 cup loosely packed fresh spinach leaves

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, egg, 4 oz. of pizza sauce, bread crumbs and pepper.
- On aluminum foil, pat mixture to 12x8 inch rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; gently press into meat. Top with spinach.
- Starting at short end, roll up tightly, using foil to start roll and tucking in spinach leaves; seal ends.
