  1. Prepare 1 pkg lasagna noodles
  2. Prepare 1 lb ground beef
  3. Use 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  4. You need 6 oz tomato paste

  7. Take 15 oz Ricotta cheese

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef and drain.

  4. Cover the bottom of a 8x11 baking dish with noodles, then ricotta, then meat sauce. Repeat untill you are out of sauce.
  5. Cover with mozzarella cheese, cover with foil, bake at 375° for 25 min. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 min and serve.
