- Add the fried potatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, kashmiri paprika powder, salt and lemon juice and saute for a minute or two.
- Heat a Coal. Keep in a small steal container and place the container in the center of the kadhai. Pour ghee on the hot coal and put the lid on the kadhai and keep it closed for 2 to 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, remove the coal container. The smoked potatoes are ready to be consumed.
