  1. Take 500 grams Baby potatoes- (boiled and peeled)
  2. Provide 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic chopped
  3. Take 1 Capsicum medium - chopped
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon Julienned ginger
  5. You need 2 Green chilies- chopped
  6. Prepare 1 Onion medium sized - thinly sliced
  7. Provide 1 tablespoon Spring onion green part chopped
  8. You need 2 tablespoons Hot and sweet Tomato ketchup
  9. Provide 1 teaspoon White vinegar
  10. Get 1/2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  11. Take 2 tablespoons Corn flour
  12. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  13. Get 1/4 th cup Vegetable oil
Instructions to make Baby Potato Manchurian:
  1. Prick the potatoes on all sides with a fork.
  2. Mix them with one tablespoon of corn flour and keep aside.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon of corn flour in 1/4th cup of water and keep aside.
  4. Heat 1/4 th cup of oil in a wok and fry the baby potatoes on medium flame, until golden, turning them occasionally.
  5. Remove and keep aside
  6. Now in another pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil, add the sliced onions, sauté on medium flame until translucent, add capsicum sauté for a minute.
  7. Next add the potatoes, chopped ginger-garlic and green chillies.
  8. Add hot and sweet tomato ketchup, salt, vinegar, corn flour+water mixture and soya sauce.
  9. Mix with the help of a ladle and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.
  10. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve the Chinese potato Manchurian with Chinese fried rice or simply as an appetizer.
