  1. Use 500 ml milk
  2. Get 2 tbsp corn flour or custard powder
  3. Use 2 tbsp milk powder milk
  4. Get 1/4 cup sugar
  5. Get 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. Use 1 tsp strawberry essences or red food colour
Steps to make Homemade icecream:
  1. Put corn flour and milk powder in a pan or a sufuria.Add your milk,sugar n vanilla essence n stir well.
  2. Put in a moderate heat for 6 to 7 minutes as you keep on stirring.
  3. Remove from heat n keep on stirring until it cools
  4. Pour in a container n deep freeze for 2 hours
  5. After 2 hours remove from freezer n stir again for 5 to 6 mins
  6. Divide into two portion. One portion add strawberry essence or little red colour n mix
  7. Using a serving spoon as you keep on alternating to form ze bra like mixture
  8. Deep freeze for 6 -7 hours.Serve and enjoy
