  2. Take 2 tablespoons Honey
  3. Get 1 tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard

  5. Prepare 1 pack whole-wheat skimmers choice wraps
  6. You need 1/4 Cucumber, chopped into chunks
  7. Get 1 Tomato, sliced
  8. Provide 1 block Feta, crumbed

  11. Provide 1 avocado, mashed
