- Take 4 Medium-sized Chicken breasts
- Take 2 tablespoons Honey
- Get 1 tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard
- Provide 1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Prepare 1 pack whole-wheat skimmers choice wraps
- You need 1/4 Cucumber, chopped into chunks
- Get 1 Tomato, sliced
- Provide 1 block Feta, crumbed
- You need Pinch garlic flakes

- Provide 1 avocado, mashed
- Provide 1 lime, juiced

- In a small bowl or cup mix together the honey, mustard, lime juice, garlic flakes, salt, pepper and olive oil. Add a little water to make the mixture a tad loose. Add the chicken breasts to a roasting dish and pour over the honey and mustard mix.
