- Provide 1 1/2 kg Chicken - Cut in small cubes
- Take 1 Knob Garlic - Crushed
- Use 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- Prepare 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Get 1/4 Cup Water
- Prepare 4-5 tbsp Oil
- Use 2 tbsp Cornflour dissloved in lil water
- Prepare 1 Tin Sweet Corns (drained + washed)
- Take Juice of 2 lemons
- Prepare to taste Salt - According
- Take Mayonnaise to spread on puris
- Use Ready to cook puris (I used Mojizah)
- Prepare Garnishing:
- Get Chedder Cheese - Shredded
- Provide Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
- Get Oregano & Red Chilli Flakes mixed together
Instructions to make Chicken & Corn Wraps:
- Heat oil in a wok, add crushed garlic and sautè till you see a slight change in colour. Add chicken cubes, corns, chilli flakes, black pepper, lemon juice & salt. Stir well and let it cook in it's own water for 5 - 6 minutes on medium high heat. After the chicken is tender, add water and let it simmer until you see bubbles. Add cornflour at this point to change it's consistency (the mixture should not be runny but thick). Set aside and allow to cool
- Cook the puris on a non stick pan without any oil. - - On a puri, spread mayonnaise all over, put the chicken mixture on one side and wrap it. Assemble as many as you like. - - Place all rolls on a baking tray, top it with cheese in the center of each roll, sprinkle the garnish mix and bake till cheese melts & changes colour. - - Serve with french fries and your favourite dip sauces.
