- Provide Big Onion
- Use salt
- You need Besan(Chickpea flour)
- Get Corn flour
- Prepare Red chilli powder
- Prepare Garlic Powder

- Cut onion like flower as per below image. Apply salt almost half on onion. Keep a side.
- Now keep 1 tsp Besan aside and remaining take in bowl,add soda, corn flour half salt, garlic and chilli powder.
- Now sprinkle Besan powder on flower, it will stick it easily bcoz of salt the onion will leave moisture
- Now heat the oil on high heat, then once it start boiling make it medium and fry the bloom onion from both sides.
