- First wash chicken and flatten it with hammer mix lemon juice soya sauce chilli sauce mustard paste ginger garlic paste and marinate chicken for half an hour
- Heat oil in the pan put chicken pieces and cook it on medium flame for 5 mints then turn the side and cook from other side cook chicken until it tenders and become golden steak iz ready
- Boiled and mashed potatoes add butter in the pan heat it then put mashed potatoes and mix well add salt black pepper and mix then add cream aur cook it until it becomes thick mashed potatoes ready
- For cheesey white sauce melt butter in pan add flour cook it for 2 mints then add milk when it start boiling add salt pepper Oregano when it becomes thick add shedder mozrella cheese keep stirring continuously cook it for 2,3 mitns sauce iz ready
- For vegetables cut all vegies in strips heat oil add vegetables saute for 1 mint add salt vinegar soya sauce and cook it for 2,3 mints
- Chicken steak iz ready i serve it with cheesey white sauce and mashed potatoes
