  2. You need margerine

  1. Mix sugar and margarine till soft then add the eggs one at a time while still mixing until well incorporated followed by the mixed spices

  5. Coat your baking tin with margarine then dust and bake at 180°c until a toothpick comes out clean
  6. NB your oven should be preheated
