- Use 11/4 cup All purpose flour
- Get 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Get 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Provide 1 cup Oats
- Provide 2 medium apples peeled cored and grated
- Take 110 g soft unsalted butter
- Get 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Get 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray

- Cool completely on wire rack
