- Prepare 1 cup Urad dal
- Get 1 tsp Pepper (whole)
- Take 2 tsp Rice powder

- Get 2 cup Dahi/curd

Instructions to make Thair vada:
- Soak the urud daal for six hours and grind it to coarse texture without adding water.
- Add rice powder and pepper along with salt to the mixture and keep it for 15 min
- Take a pan and pour oil for deep frying.make small vadas and fry till golden brown.
- Cut the ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves.add this to the curd and mix well along with 2 tsp sugar
- Soak the vadas in curd mix for 30 min
- Take a small pan and pour some oil.once oil is hot add mustard seeds and chillies along with curry leaves and pour the tadka to the dahi vada mix.
- Serve chilled
