- Prepare 150 g (2 to 3 large leaves) Cabbage *cut into chunky pieces
- Provide 1 teaspoon Potato Starch *mixed with 2 teaspoons Water
- You need 1 Spring Onion *finely chopped
- Provide Sauce
- Get 1/2 cup Chicken Stock *OR 1/2 cup Water & 1/2 teaspoon Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder
- Take 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- Get 2 tablespoons Sake (Rice Wine)
- Use 1/4 teaspoon Salt *alter the amount depending on the saltiness of the stock
- Take White Pepper
