Steps to make Fish kurkure:
  1. Clean the fish pieces
  2. After cleaning add green chilli paste,black pepper powder,coriander leave paste,chopped mint leaves,lemon juice,mustard sauce,garlic paste,salt as per taste and mixed it very well with bhetki fillet
  3. Keep this marination for 10mins
  4. Take one bowl add flour and take another bowl add bread crumbs.
  5. Put kadai on gas,add oil for frying and heat it.
  6. Now take one piece of bhetki fillet from marination and coat it first with flour and secondly coat with bread crumbs.
  7. After that dip the fish pieces on beaten egg and again coat with crushed papad
  8. Again repeat this step.(Step no 7.)
  9. Deep fry in heat oil
  10. Fish kukure is ready. Serve with your favourite 20 sauce
