- Provide 400 gram bhetki fish
- You need 1 big lemon
- Get 2 onion
- Use 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- Prepare 1 teaspoon white mustard seeds paste
- Provide 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Provide 1 teaspoon red cilli powder
- Use 5-6 grèen chilli

- Fish marinate with lemon juice and salt for 30 min. Clean with water and again marinate with turmeric powder and sone salt.
- Onion boil in a water and make a paste of it. Make a paste of mustard seeds and 2-3 green chilli.
- Add mustard oil in a pan. Swich on the oven and fry the fish and keep aside.
- In a same pan add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Add onion paste and saute for a while. Add ginger garlic paste and stir till the raw aroma disappear. Add turmeric chill powder salt and mustard chilli paste and saute for few min.
- Add 2 cup of hot water, fish and allow it to boil. When the gravy part is thicker then switch off the oven and garnish with slitted green chilli and coriander leaves.
