- Prepare 1/4 cp flour or 1/8 cp corn starch
- Use 1 cp chicken stock

- Heat the oil in a large skillet or frying pan. Add the mushrooms to the hot oil, sprinkle lightly with salt. Saute the mushrooms for about 5 mins.
