- Provide 1/2 block Silken tofu
- Provide 1 Burdock root
- Prepare 1 Carrot
- Take 1 Edamame

- Provide 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
- Prepare 6 tbsp All-purpose flour
- Get 1 tsp Sesame oil

- Put the silken tofu in a heatproof container and mash with a fork.
