- First dry roast red chillies, cinnamon, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, almond and grind. Marinate chicken with 2 tbsp curd,and,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder to Chicken.
- Add oil and ghee to pan and fry onion and keep aside.
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 4 minutes. Add roasted masala powder. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 2;tbsp curd. Cook until oil come out.
