Steps to make Chicken gravy:
  1. Wash chicken properly and then marinate it with the above-mentioned ingredients. Once all mixed and set properly let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  6. Once oil gets separate and chicken is cooked well (use a fork to check if chicken is soft and cooked well) taste the gravy and add salt if needed.
  7. If you need it dry add little water and cook until water completely evaporates
