- Pour the water in the wok add pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil.allow to boil.when noodles aur cooked drain it.and keep a side.
- Boil the chicken and keep a side.
- Heat the pan. Put the oil into the pan make it hot.then add chopped ginger and garlic.
- Add one by one onion, carrot,french beans,baby corn and capsicum. Saute it after 3 mins put this veggies in a bowl.
- Heat the wok with some oil and put with noodles with mix some salt and corn flour.so that it will become crispy. Keep this in the plate.
- Heat the wok and put some oil then add veggies with chicken put salt, soya sauce, vinegar mixing it well.make a corn slurry and add to the mixer. Now when it's thicken.put to top of that fried noodles.
