- Take 3-4 onion
- You need 3-4 tomatoes (puree)
- Use 2-3 tsp Ginger garlic paste

- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Prepare 1-2 bay leaves,

- You need 1/2 tsp cumin powder,

- Get 1 tsp garam masala
- Prepare 1-2 tsp kasuri methi
- Get 4 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Gravy Chicken (punjabi style):
- Wash the chicken. Marinate it with 1 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Keep a side for 20 minutes.
- Take a woke heat 2-3 tsp oil. Add cumin seeds,bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon sticks, black pepper, fry it for 1 minute. Add onion, ginger garlic paste. Roast it for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
- Transfer it in a bowl, allow to cool. Take a mixer jar grind the roasted onion masala in it. Add 3-4 tsp water.
- In same wok heat 3-4 tsp oil. Roast grinded masala in it for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree, salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Roast till oil separates.
- Add merinated chicken. Mix it with masala. Stir and roast for 4-5 minutes. on low heat.
- Now add 1 glass water. Cover the lid. Cook it for 15 -20 minutes on low flame.
- Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Taste the seasoning. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves.
