- Get for first marination :

Wash and slit with the knife before marination. - Take the chicken and nicely marinate with the first marination ingredients and keep aside for 1 hour. - After an hour, marinate the chicken again with second marination. - Leave it aside for 1 hour. - Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 5-0 mins. Place the chicken in oven for 1 hour in baking mode. - After half an hour flip over the chicken onto the other side and bake for half an hour. - After one hour, for roasting the chicken, increase the temperature to 250 degrees celsius and grill for 10 mins on each side.
