- Now drain oil in a same fry pan. Then add two tablespoon oil. Add garlic paste in it. When it turns pinkish golden then add chopped vegetables. Add salt and stir till vegetables cooked well.
- Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tablespoon of ketchup, red chilli powder and pinch of salt. Mix well. Can take one small bowl add corn flour and water mix it then add to the gravy.
- Now add Manchurian balls in gravy. Mix well.Keep it on low flame for 5 minutes.
