  1. Start by washing your bell pepper remove the seed and roast then coarsely blend
  2. Wash and cut the chicken breast then add all the ingredients in the marinade section and marinade from 2 hours to over night
  3. Mean while add oil in a pan and add your grated onion and chillies and sauté for 3 minutes then add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes before adding 1/2 cup oil cover the pan and allow it to cook till soft and all the water evaporates
  4. Now add 1 tablespoon cream cheese to the bell pepper together with the onion and garlic powder and mix
  5. In a pan warm your shawarma bread and set it aside bake sure you enclose it in a damp tea towel if not it will dry within the blink of an eye😪 okay not within the blink of an eye but within minute
  6. Shred your cabbage and slice your cucumber wash them and set aside
  7. Now to assemble take one of the bread then cut it in to half and put the half in he center of the other one as shown below ( this will prevent the main bread from getting soaked by the juice
