  1. First for spice powder - in a pan take coriander seeds, cumin seeds,dry red chilli,black pepper corns, cloves, cinnamon,dry coconut powder and dry roast all ingredientes for 3-4 minutes,until nice aroma coming out. Turn off the gas,let it cool down.
  2. Now in a pan take curry leaves and dry roast it for 2 minutes. Take out. Then in a same pan add urad dal and chana dal,dry roast it for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool down.
  3. Now take all dry roast ingredients in a grinder,and grind it well and make fine powder. Bisi bele bhaat spice powder is ready.
  4. Now take millet and toor dal and wash it properly. Now in cooker take millet and toor dal add sufficient water. Now add all veggies.Add salt as per taste and turmeric powder. Cook it until whistle comes out.
  5. Now add bisi bele spice powder and dry mango powder to cooked millet. Add some water and cook for 2 minutes. Mix well.
  6. Now for tempering - take a pan,add clarified butter.Now add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When seeds starts crackle turn off the burner. Now pour this tempering on cooked millet mix. - Millet Bisi bele is ready. Serve hot with dollap of clarified butter.
