- Soak Barnyard millet, Urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours. Drain the soaked water and grinde them with fresh water to the paste -seperately and mix. Ferment the batter for 6 hours atleast.
- Add salt to the fermented batter, mix well. To make orange and green colors batter - add #cooked carrot pieces with cup of batter in mixer jar and grinde. Add #spinach leaves with cup of batter grinde in mixer jar.
- To make Dosa, heat the dosa pan, grease the oil, put dosa batter on the pan in required colour and bake on both sides. DOSA IS READY. And using #same batter can make tri colour idlis-grease the idli plates with oil put the batter in plates and steam in cooker for 15 minutes, IDLIS are ready. SERVE HOT WITH TRI Colour COCONUT CHUTNEY.
